For nearly 1,000 years, Childhay Manor Farm on the beautiful rolling hills of Dorset has produced delicious English food. This tradition continues today with the Frost family who have farmed here for the last three generations, producing some of England's finest organic lamb, pork, chicken and beef which is sold under the Childhay Manor Organics label.
The expertise developed through generations of experience shows in the fantastic flavour of the meat. The breeds are carefully chosen for the best flavour – for example, Childhay Manor Organics' pork is from Tristar sows and Duroc boars, selected for their leanness, taste and marbling which give a fantastic roast with great crackling. The very highest standards of care ensure a stress free life for all our animals which helps develop superb flavour and texture in every mouthful.
