It can be difficult to know how to cook pork belly slices, but bear in mind that organic pork belly slices taste delicious - not like their conventional cousins.
Turn the oven on to 190 °C, 375°F or gas mark 5.
Put the pork belly into a pan, and sprinkle with olive oil and then with soy sauce. Put in the oven and leave for 20 minutes. Turn them over and sprinkle again on the other side with olive oil and soy sauce, then return to the oven for another 25 - 30 minutes. Remove and serve. You can use the juices in the pan to make a lovely gravy. |
